GOA’S INDIAN POP FOR THE ANTI-CORRUPTION PARTY

A jingle about a broom to sweep away corruption. Composed by the popular pop singer Remo Fernandez for the Aam Aadmi Party, the Indian Five-stars, in support of the party in the Goa constituency.
Fernandez has always sung about important subjects, in political protest or satirical songs. His Zhadoo Mariya or Use the Broom uploaded on the net on 7 April has already become a greatest hit, which says a lot about these political elections in India.
The song is in Konkani, a language spoken on the west coast of India.
